Altea is one of the most beautiful coastal towns on the Costa Blanca. Its whitewashed old town, narrow streets, Mediterranean viewpoints and sea views make it a particularly attractive destination for photography.

Altea is known for its white old town, small art galleries, cafés, cobbled streets and beautiful viewpoints. The distinctive church with its blue dome creates an atmosphere that feels very different from many other places on the Costa Blanca.
For photography, the white houses, flowers, narrow streets, stairways and views across the Mediterranean provide a wide variety of subjects. Late afternoon and sunset light give the old town an especially warm character.
