Calpe
Sea, rock, light moods and Mediterranean everyday life.
Calpe on the Costa Blanca is more than just a beautiful place by the sea. For me, it is a mix of everyday life, holiday feeling, nature, light and constantly new impressions.
My impression of Calpe
Between rock, coast and Mediterranean life
Calpe has the right mix of striking nature, beautiful views and Mediterranean everyday life. The sea is almost always in sight, and between promenade, old town, beaches and the Peñón de Ifach there are always new impressions.
Highlights
What makes Calpe special to me
Peñón de Ifach
The iconic landmark of Calpe shapes the town like almost nothing else. Depending on time of day and perspective, it always looks a little different.
Sea & Promenade
The coast, the light and the paths along the water make Calpe a place where I simply enjoy being outside.
Old town & hidden corners
Besides beach and views, it is often the quieter streets, squares and details that give the place character.
My favourite places
Four places that make Calpe special to me
Peñón de Ifach
The iconic landmark of Calpe shapes the town like almost nothing else. Depending on time of day and perspective, it always looks a little different.
Fossa Beach
The sunrises there have their own atmosphere. When the light slowly rises over the sea, strong images appear.
Arenal-Bol
The large beach, promenade, restaurants and view of the water make this area lively and varied.
Salt lake
Nature, water and flamingos give this area a calm and special atmosphere.
