Texts & Content

AI helps me not only with structure, but also directly with writing. I use it to develop ideas, improve texts and make content clearer, more personal and better suited to my website.

From an idea to a finished text

I often already have a rough idea but no finished text. Sometimes I only know approximately what I want to say on a page, or I have a few keywords. This is where AI is particularly useful: I can briefly describe the idea and receive a first draft that I can immediately continue working on.

This is a major advantage because I no longer have to start from zero. Instead of looking at an empty document, I quickly have a useful foundation. I can then decide which direction I prefer, what I want to keep and which parts need to become more personal or clearer.

This saves a great deal of time when building new pages. I can focus more on what I want to communicate instead of struggling with the first sentence.

How I use AI for writing

Formulating texts

AI helps me turn short notes into readable, well-structured and engaging texts.

Improving content

Existing texts can be revised, shortened, expanded or made easier to understand.

Developing new ideas

When I am not yet sure what a page should contain, AI provides useful suggestions and new perspectives.

Translation

Texts can be translated directly into English and then adapted to the style of the relevant page.

It is particularly useful that I do not have to generate complete texts only. I can ask for a specific section to become shorter, more personal, more modern or easier to understand. This keeps the writing process flexible and allows me to refine content step by step.

Writing content that fits the page

AI is especially useful when a text needs to be informative while also matching the style of my website. Every section has its own character: some pages are personal, while others are more informative or technical.

A travel page can use more vivid and emotional language, while a technical page should be clearer and more structured. With AI, I can quickly compare and improve several versions.

Even with different topics, the language remains consistent and recognisable across the entire website.

Personal instead of generic

It is important to me that the content remains part of my own website. AI provides a foundation, but I never use texts without checking them. I adapt them to my style, projects and personal experience.

I do not want interchangeable standard content. I want texts that genuinely fit me and my topics. AI does not replace my thoughts, but helps me express them more clearly.

As a result, texts are completed faster while still retaining my personal voice.

My workflow for new texts

1. Capture the idea

I collect keywords, facts and the main message the text should communicate.

2. Create a draft

I use this information to generate a first structured version of the text.

3. Personalise it

I add my own experiences, change wording and remove anything that does not fit.

4. Review and publish

Finally, I check the content, language, links and presentation on the finished page.

My conclusion

AI has become extremely helpful for texts and content. I can move more quickly from an idea to a finished page and present information more clearly, attractively and logically.

Nevertheless, it remains my website, my experience and my decisions. AI supports me wherever I want to work faster and more efficiently. This combination works particularly well for me.
